- Introduction
These terms govern your use of Vinny Kamsu (vinnykamsu.com) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorised to use the payment method given.
- Products and pricing
We aim to display product information and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel at no cost.
Prices are shown in XOF and include/exclude [VAT/tax], as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
- Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud.
- Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order or on dispatch. We accept Cash in-store only, mobile, and card. All payments are processed securely; we don’t store your full card details.
- Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We’re not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including customs, courier delays, or incorrect address details provided by you.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we’ve received payment in full.
- Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Vinny Kamsu or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Upload harmful code or content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this clause.
- Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vinny Kamsu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d’Ivoire. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this site at the time of your order.
